How Many Lessons ...

... will you need? It's a really hard question to answer. Do you get to practice, or are lessons the only driving you do? How old are you? Do you have any relevant experience? A rough guide is 35 ish hours for a complete beginner to get to test standard, but it is very much an individual thing.

Some people can cope with two hour lessons, others just want an hour. Some want several lessons a week, some just an hour. See how things go and ask our advice.

Got your licence?

You can't drive without your provisional. The D.V.L.A. are the people to ask.

You can apply for your provisional licence before your 17th birthday.

Don't Forget

On your first lesson you need both parts of your provisional licence with you. You must be able to read a number plate at 20.5 metres (67 feet in old money). We will check your eyesight, but if you're not sure you might want to arrange an eye test.
